DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties
This agreement is established between the following parties:

electronically, under the terms and conditions specified below.

Article 2 – Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website ZAHIASCENT.com.

Article 3 – Products and Services
The Buyer accepts the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the products ordered via ZAHIASCENT.com.

Article 4 – Payment and Delivery

  • Payment is made through the payment methods offered by the Seller.

  • Delivery is sent to the address specified by the Buyer after order confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary between 3-7 business days depending on stock availability.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer, but a different arrangement may be made by the Seller.

Article 6 – Return and Exchange

  • In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the product reaches the Seller.

  • Refunds are made via the payment method used during the order.

Article 7 – Force Majeure
Events beyond the control of the parties (natural disasters, war, extraordinary circumstances, etc.) that prevent the fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract are considered force majeure.

Article 8 – Authorized Court
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Seller's place of residence are authorized.

Article 9 – Enforcement
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon confirming the order.
