Return & Refund Policy — ZahiaScent.com (Turkey)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made through ZahiaScent.com to customers in Türkiye (“Consumers”) under the Distance Contracts Regulation and related Turkish consumer protection laws.


2. Right of Withdrawal (“Cayma Hakkı”)

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they receive the goods. (Mondaq)

  • To exercise this right, the consumer must notify ZahiaScent in writing (via email or customer service form) before the end of this 14-day period.


3. Conditions of Return

  • Goods must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with all labels/tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • If the item shows damage due to consumer misuse or the packaging is destroyed, ZahiaScent may refuse the return or apply a deduction.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • From January 1, 2026, the seller must cover the cost of return shipping when the consumer exercises their rights of withdrawal using a carrier designated by the seller. (Türkiye Today)

  • If the seller has not designated a carrier and consumer returns via another, or if there is no branch of the designated carrier in the consumer’s region, ZahiaScent will arrange collection at no extra cost. (LexLink)


5. Refunds

  • Once the withdrawal notice is received and the goods are returned in acceptable condition, ZahiaScent will refund the full purchase price plus delivery charges paid by the consumer initially (if any).

  • The refund shall be made within 14 days from the day of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. (CMS Law)

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless another method is agreed.


6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for withdrawal / return under Turkish law unless defective:

  • Goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed audio, video, or software products once unsealed.

  • Products which hygienic safety is compromised once opened.

  • Perishable goods (e.g. foods, cosmetics if opened, etc.).


7. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, the consumer must notify ZahiaScent within 7 days of delivery, with evidence (photos, etc.).

  • ZahiaScent will repair, replace, or refund at its discretion in such cases and will pay for shipping in case the fault is ours.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • If any dispute arises, ZahiaScent aims to resolve it amicably via customer service.

  • If not resolved, consumers have the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti).

  • Using the withdrawal right does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
