  • Standard delivery time within Turkey: 2–5 business days.

  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures: 7–15 business days on average.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight/size.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
